I didn't say the headers won't work, dyno sheets have already shown some o.k. gains, I just don't think it's cost effective to throw bolt ons at a motor that as of yet cannot be tuned to optimize performance.

What good does it do to optimize flow out of the engine, if you can't optimize flow and fuel mix going in, this has just been my experience with 2 liters or less of displacement, so I may be a bit off base with with an engine of larger capacity.
OBDII ECU's don't learn at all RPMs or throttle positions. That's why piggy-backs are only used to tune fuel ratios in the upper RPMs with at least ~80% throttle (give or take). FWIW, standard piggy-backs can be used on the ISX50 for AFR tuning via MAF voltage adjustment.

Man this is such a big warranty void! If the HP/tq gains are significant then I'll buy them.

Define "big". The sim would void the warranty on the ECU, and possibly the whole electrical system (stretch). The headers would void the warranty on the exhaust, and possibly the starter (or other components located nearby).

and possibly the transmission and rear-edn from the extra power

Question: When the Sim is wired into the car, do you splice the sim into the line with the other lines and leave those connected? Or do you cut the line and just run it into the computer, meaning the wires from the sin go into the ecu, and the ones that were there before are just pulled?

Splice the yellow wire into the brown wire. Splice the white wire into the white and black wire. Cut the black and red wires, tape them off. Connect the red to red and black to black.

do I keep the original wires connected and add the sim to the line? Or do I cut those wires and freplace the lines out of the ecu with the sim wires.

Sorry I'm a noob at this, that's why had a shop do it. Problem is, that after 5 miles I'm in limp mode
