wow... i wish this was perfected... i was ready to purchase one... i guess i'm going to have to hold off

i mean... some people have problems others don't. some think it's based on the year and some think it's the v2's that's the problem not the v1's and some think it's because of the "other" mods that we have on the car that's affecting our sim's and such.... some say there aren't much gains for the 350 from it anyway.

i'm pretty much done with everything but this... my next mod's are LMS supercharger, megan mid pipes and hopefully the mazzuri headers...

it's one of those things that seems to be a hit or miss...mines a daily driver and i don't think i can afford to "test" it to see if it works on mine... because if it doesn't i don't have the tools and am unfortunately not as bright when it comes to this stuff as most of you in this thread....

i'll be back to check in later... goodluck to all those who are working on it.. hopefully it'll start working for everyone across the board.

Im not sure but I think They are not making the LMS supercharger anymore. So jump on that before they become exitinct. whenever you do you should write a extensive review with pics and videos

Last update from my end:

v2 headers are off, stock manifolds are back on. Car is quiet and CEL's obviously went away.

Opinion:
v1 headers are worth the money for the is350 based on the tq gains; however, with all the variations in the o2 sim issues it's your call.

Sending v2 headers back to D.

cheers and good luck.

Does that mean no V2 headers will be made or resolved? Even with the V1 headers I thought that you dont get any CELs....no?

Troy, would you summarize the different things that were tried to solve the CEL issue?

I still believe that the V2 headers can't really be ruled out since we don't know how the CEL impacted the air / fuel ratio. Did you guys compare the air / fuel ratio before and after the headers?

Daniel, do you plan to do some more testing?

Id say if they give same gains as V1, and just get rid of o2 problmes itl be fine. they will sell.

To me, it sounds like it's worth it on the is250, it's been proven to make power and not have too many CEL issues. The is350 on the other hand.....I would wait until all the issues are resolved.

The 2006 IS 350 seems to be just fine. It's the 07-08 models that are not doing so well.

i have a 2006 350 and still just dont think its been thoroughly tested so far. i thought the v2 was supposed to have more hp gain with light loss in tq but i don't believe that was the case, could be wrong
