mazzuri super headers

yeah i guess the first gen give massive amounts of torque but i am not sure where users are at with there 1st gen Headers. Maybe we should make a new post dedicated to first gen headers and get their reponses? see how they like it, does it waste more gas?, if they feel the torque, any check engine or sensor lights? how the engine is holding up?

I don't think they ever "rented" them out. They just carry their OBDII scan tool out to the parking lot, plug it in to your car, and tell you what the codes are. They are not supposed to clear the codes for legal reasons, but they sometimes will.

Okay, I final made it back to the strip for some more runs. It's been a while but I figured I would post my results for reference.
It looks like I picked up 2 or 3 tenths of a second overall once the Tanabe was installed along with the other mods. The gains would be a combination of weight reduction and some HP/TQ. I don't think it's worth a return trip to the Dyno as I am happy with the data as is. Besides it's not exactly somthing to brag about.

I also made a video of the AWD headers with the Tanabe axle-back.

There was one other car that used the first AWD design that required the stock mid-pipe to be modified.
AFAIK - I am the only dude that has the second AWD design that bolts on without the need for any other mods'. By default, I am the only dude with an AWD in the 15's too.

Well that just makes me sad. Oh well, I just got the car and need to get wheels, intake, exhaust, springs, and other appearance mods. Hopefully by that time there will be some more performance mods.
