Default Intake question

I'm a newbie in any modification to cars so bare with me. I was wonder if I were to put a intake in my IS250 will it void my warranty?

Also, I was looking at this on Sewell's:
http://www.lexus-parts.com/parts_detail.asp?id=89256

Is this any good and how much HP will increase?

Thanks!

Stick with the JoeZ intake, its over $130 less, and still uses the stock induction box will help to further maintain any warranty issues, since it only replaces the intake pipe itself. The JoeZ pipe dyno records show a 6hp increase in the 250 also i believe.

It can't void warranty unless the dealer can prove that the intake caused the damage. Eitherway if you have to take in your IS for any reason, you could always swap back your stock intake just in case.

Your warranty would not be void if a Lexus dealership installe your intake. Your warranty will be viod if you or anyone else alters the car.
