I was working on this project a while back, but it is currently on the back burner.

Due to an urgent family need, I 'm currently not able to have an ongoing online conversation, atleast not a discussion where I can respond to posts in a timely manner.

So PM me for specifics and I will reply when I can.

What happened to the P/S pulley? It looks like the power steering pulley that come w/ the RMM S/C kit. Is that right. If so you may try your luckl w/ RMM and see of they have any scrap parts around.

Default RMM Super Charger Pulley

I have had this kit on 2 GS400's. I moved it from a '98 to a '00. In the process of changing over my mechanic forced the pulley onto the spline of the power steering pump. They, for some reason, didn't match (I think the '00 PwrStr pump was different from the '98, Lexus likes to make these changes) and a short while later the pump burned out and I discovered that the pulley hub splines were chewed up. I bought 2 new pumps and had a machinist match pulley to pump by adding metal and recutting. I tried HARD! to find a new pulley before I did this but no luck anywhere. Machining the pulley splines was over $700 and pumps were over $400 apiece (I bought 2 so I would have a perfect match if one pump went bad - they are a weak spot in this conversion). A lot of money for the fix but I was stuck with a useless SC unless I did it. 2 years later all is still well and haven't had to go to the 2nd pump. Good luck.
