I recently purchased the Tanabe Medalion Exhaust for is350. I think is a lil bit to loud for my taste. I am guessing is twice or three times louder that stock exhaust. Did I installed it wrong, or something? I think installation was pretty easy straigh forward.

Can some1 plse help me.

Yikes - looks like I'll be upgrading the tips only then. It does look really nice however and it's so tempting to purchase. However, I really hated the exhaust presence in my G35 - it was just too much to listen to constantly [and sounded like crap (I did not have the coupe)], and it sounds like this system is louder than that. My IS350 is nice and quiet w/out being too quiet if-you-know-what-I-mean.

everyone to their own cup. I dont think you installed it wrong, its pretty self explanitory. I dont think its loud enough. Its only noticible between 1-3k rpms. after 3 its all engine and the JoeZ kicks in. Im personally thinking about removing the resonator. The exhaust note is superb IMO deep and sexy.

Woa iialcii, I think mine is way to loud. Getting used to it, but still too loud, I will give it a try for a cpple of weeks, if not, will change it back to OEM and resale it.

Very nice exhaust. I've seen a few in person and I plan on getting one when the weather breaks in the spring.
I have one suggestion, again, I think this is a very nice product, but I don't have a show car, just a daily driver, and I'm not into crawling under my car to clean the mufflers...
When I do get mine, I plan on painting the mufflers black similar to the factory, and leave the very nice tips the way they are.
Would you be able to offer this as an option? It may just make the exhaust a bit more affordable for some.
Just a thought...

Is the lowest price right now $549 shipped? I think that is the cheapest Ive seen it. I saw nothing about a group buy and if I have to search for it I assume its old and over with..
