Unhappy need help with my is300 pleass code p0037 confused

i just had it scanned and i thought it would have been a 02 sensor but it also say causes are 1. open or short circuit condition....2.efi relay fault....3failed af ratio sensor any advice n they wont let me pass inspection cause of a cel light thank u

do u have an after market intake or exhaust from the headers back?

i have an intake from aem but it was on for aproxametly 5-6 months with out any problems

Check your A/F heater relay. The code P0037 (also P0141) refers specifically to the heater circuit of the Bank 1 Sensor 2, O2 sensor. It could be a bad sensor, or possibly a problem with the heater circuit for the sensor!
