The shifter is in, I plan to make a panel for this out of carbon fiber.

we had to reverse the shifter so it leans forward some in neutral as it was hitting the rear switches. Here is a picture of the shifter in 1st gear. We are probably going to custom fab up a piece of carbon fiber with a shift boot to clean it up.We have a few ideas to clean it up and make it look factory like.

here is neutral

Thanks for the idea of the IS clutch pedal as it fit sweet.

Glad it worked out for you, I just took a shot in the dark and figured the IS300 pedal would be the best bet seeing how similar everything is with these two cars. Rick is wiring up my Haltech now, I like how clean the Haltech harness looks running across the firewall, nice clean install.

What shop in Florida is this being done at? Fabulous job on every aspect of this build! I'd LOVE to have my GS300 converted to 5-speed.

Rick Bowers at SpeedTech, Ricks a full time NASA Electrical engineer, he'll be collecting social security in a few more years lol. Right now things move a bit slow as he's a one man shop working on the side but once the shuttle program ends / retirement from NASA he's going to get a bigger shop / Mustang Dyno and go at this full time. Great guy, very honest and fair. The work is just what you would expect from a Nasa engineer. Electrical, standalones and tuning is really Ricks specialty, he has a friend that writes his own software for the Electromiotive TecIII. Also Rick purchased my brothers 02 Lexus IS300 with a GTE bottom end / 6 speed / 6 speed rear. He just got that car running good and bought it. It was nothing but headaches for my brother Vinny, it just ran 11.6 @ 124 @ 14psi on street tires, the car is pulling great with a little 66mm turbo.

about as much power as I can push it by hand, I think once its done I should have no problem making 750RWHP or so, I think the stock GTE cams are going to be the limiting factor at this point.
