Check your MAF for damage. The MAF and the O2 work together to set the correction factor used to calculate the exact amount of fuel you need. If the MAF isn't working right (damaged on install or not sealed, or leak in intake tube near the throttlebody) then the O2 sensor will do its best to compensate, but it can only adjust +/-20% from the table value. If the needed correction exceeds 20% either way, then you throw codes and it's time to find the problem.

First check for leaks. If you have a leak after the MAF it will screw up everything. It's the most likely cause of your issues. Second, remove the MAF if you found no evidence of leaks, and check it for physical damage.
If you have not used an oiled air filter, it's very unlikely your MAF is dirty enough to need cleaning. I would avoid it. I've seen enough people damage their MAFs with cleaning to know it's pointless unless you clearly have no alternative.
