Default Lexus IS350 Custom Heat Shield installed

Just installed my new heat shield. Let me know what you guys think. I had it custom made. I personally like it. looks better than the K&N heat shield.

Nice. But, would have been more idle if it covered the entire filter, right?

I absolutely love my fujita Intake. It gives a nice deep sound when you step on the gas. It does get louder when you accelerate harder. haha. Ever since I've got it I've been burning more gas. If you want noise intake will definitely do the job. If you're shopping for an intake I would definitely recommend it.

You mean if it covered the entire filter from the top? I'll ask the guy at the shop and see what he says. They designed the the heat shield for me.

dude. not to rain on your parade but.....unless the heat shield totally encloses the filter and only is able to draw cool air from the outside it is not going to do much.

+1.... like the idea but pic does seem to show gaps, not fully enclosed against the engine bay=heat....
