Custom Exhaust job needed

Custom Exhaust job needed
I went to my exhaust guy today and he lifted my car and told me that there was a lot of air flow restriction at the Y pipe with that dent Lexus put in it. He offered to remove the Y pipe and make a custom one out of 2 1/4 pipe and 2 1/4 pipe into the resonators and into the mufflers and put some stainless and black tips on it. He said I should get like 10hpr out of it. I will get pics of before and after. I forgot what mufflers I am getting. But he said it flows better than a Borla for less money. All for 400 installed! Let me know what you guys think.

How much for just the Y pipe alone? I'm interested. And pics please!
