yep an intake tube is much smoother then the jagged oem air pipe thus leading to better airflow.

The flowbench taught me looks aren't everything. Sometimes things that look really bad flow really well. Nascar makes over 450 hp with four 1" square cut holes in a metal plate. That's 12.5 square inches total, but because they're square cut, they flow like 3/4" holes, so the effective area is a whopping 7 square inches. So, effectively, they're making 450+ hp with a 1.5" intake tube.

Our intake is WAY more than twice that area. So how big a tube do you really need to make 306 hp? Not very big at all...

Need your help.. Will this JoeZ intake fits to a 2nd gen IS300 with a 3GR-FE engine? Coz my car is an IS300 and i'm interested to get one.
