Yep, 100%. It's all right here in caymandives spreadsheet. Look at the times and the mods , and then look at the DA. tell us which one makes the most difference.

OK OK enough B.S. already my 07 IS350 with optional Hi-Po exhaust & K&N drop-in challenges any stock IS350 to any kind of race because I can feel the difference!

What's the point of this statement? Any Dodge Caravan can "challenge" any Dodge Viper to any kind of race. That doesn't mean it's going to win.

Did you look at the link above regarding 1/4 mile times? Intake and Exhaust are the absolute least common denominator in the 1/4 mile.

Since you were smart enough to buy a Lexus the only unreliable thing in your vehicle now is that butt-dyno of yours

I would think with a true drag race, with equivalent cars (ie- drivers racing similarly with an equal RT and equal gas pedal force), and equivalent weight, that there may be a difference in a completely stock IS350 vs. a slightly modified IS350.

I would think that the exhaust and intake would have some benefit vs an otherwise identical car.

However, I have no proof to actually back this up, so my comments may just be useless

Or, would there be a benefit in circumstances other than stand-still acceleration

I'm not necessarily talking about a 0.5 second difference in 1/4 time (that would be quite far-fetched) but I would think that a minimal performance gain could be obtained when tested under identical conditions

I took my car to the Atco Dragway on 5-27. I don’t know the density altitude but the temperature was 83 degrees and a storm was rolling in. The best I could do was a 13.60 at 101. I posted earlier in the thread my car has gone 13.36 at 105 in cool clear conditions. I do agree that the weather has more to do with your ET than the mods so I am not disappointed with this ET. This being said since I added the F-Sport intake and exhaust I have seen a 2 mpg increase and quicker revs. I would like to race a stock IS350 at Atco to see the difference. I am at least hoping these mods would be worth 1 to 2 tenths in ideal conditions.

We are heading to CA Speedway this Saturday morning...

I plan on testing the oem airbox and a modified airbox with a hole the size of the F-Sport box, to see what exactly is going to happen on the 1/4 mile.

We shall see...

Also, testing my exhaust.
