Joe, that front section with the X-Pipe looks beautiful. Excellent bends, quality aluminum and I see you have some cats in there. Sure glad I don't live in CA.

On another note, I wonder just how much this wrap increases exhaust velocity? I went out for a pretty nice drive today at lunch (82F) and wow the car is running really well and just sounds perfect at all driving speeds. Going into second on a WOT the tires are slightly loosing traction and kicking on the T/C light. The wrap that I put on yesterday was only meant as a temporary one to see if it makes any difference in sound, but it looks like I may just go with the nice black 2" water resistant wrap later and start before the O2 sensor and go back a few inches further than I did yesterday.

Yeah it's his sneak preview of the exhaust he has been working on for almost a year now. I'm glad to see he is taking his time to build a quality piece. He seems to have very good attention to making a perfect fit and finish and thoroughly testing before release is a in my book.

JoeZ has been working on his exhaust for significantly longer than a year, right?

With regards to exhaust velocity ... I doubt a couple feet of wrap in the mid-section could make any measureable difference in power.

In aspect to time.. the project was more on the "off" than "on" side of things going on in my life..

But in reality all I can is I made sure every aspect in design, quality & R&D, has been put into the making of this system..
ZERO corners were cut, if you know what I am saying..

So will you be selling your setup? Im curious if those are high flow cats or resonators? And would this be direct bolt on?? I would so buy this if its not outrageous like the Borla.

Info will be released soon through one of our Leading CL Vendors..

These are secondary High Flow CATs for those who want to remain environmentally SMOG friendly.
There will also be the secondary CAT-Less version..

Yes - direct bolt on using all oem hanger points and its a fully flanged system.

When compared to current systems on the market there is nothing out there like this..
Plus, I am sure you ALL heard the price of all major exhaust systems are on the up trend...
The reason for this is the cost of raw stainless steel has gone up approx 50-70% in the last year...

So now I just ask to please wait just a few more days for the official info thread..

Thank you
Jz

LOL one more question, but wouldnt the catless version make more power? I will definitely jump on these, I'll just have my HKS's welded on!

If you get the cat-less headers, you will want to get the JoeZ exhaust WITH cats so you don't have to clean your car every day.

Yup, that's the same as me. Before the metal has time to expand with the heat it was noticeably louder. The wrap took care of it and I couldn't be happier.
