Jun-TW Headers
Are these headers worth the money, on l-tunedparts.com its $2000. The hp gain for IS250 it said was 238hp/6200rpm which to me seems like a good increase. What do you guys think about them? Anybody have it installed?
oh yah and how would you compare these to the mazzuri super headers?

no one has them yet and no one knows if they fit on the 350 properly cuz they were dyno'd on a 250. personally i wud stay away from them and wait till mazzuri is done perfecting his, not to mention mazzuri's are cheaper.

jun-tw headers have the most gain AND its almost as quiet as stock kuz it has hi-flo cats on them. but its still louder than stock sound. but its $2000+!!!! thats ridiculous for headers.
the mazzuri's have 24hp gain for the 250s. i'd say thats good for less than half the price of the jun-tws. its about $780 i think.
but there are also megan headers for the 250s. its only $350ish but i dont know what the gains are.
i'd say your best bet are the mazzuri headers.

any time you withhold information from the customer, an intelligent customer questions the business. why only post an after dyno unless you've got something to hide? its not like at 2k a pop JUN-TW can't afford more dyno time.

It’s unfortunate that there is no dyno in my area, I would’ve dyno'ed my car before and after installation but then again, my car is the 3.0 liter engine Asian specs so that info is of no use to you guys.

Tell us.... In your opinion is there any difference? How does it perform now with the headers on?

My car is going to the workshop on Saturday to get the headers and mid pipes installed both at one go, I'll post my feedback on the performance and acoustics based on "how it feels". Keep in mind that the mid pipes are going on as well not to mention that the Fabulous axle-back sounds a bit drowny on my 3.0 engine to start with. Add to that the really hot weather of Saudi Arabia's summer will reduce the felt performance gains.

BTW quick question, are the JUN Headers design specificly for the IS300? or do they use the same one as for the IS250?

Interesting so the 300 is for middle east and asia markets (except japan and apparantly taiwan ). Anyone have a clue if they even sell the 300 there?? i know it has to do with taxes on engine sizes or wahtever
Anywayz i cannot stress enough how interested I am in the outcome of ur headers.
BTW what did u do about the sim? When i called up lookin for header part numbers truns on our headers have the sim only on one side, not both headers. FYI
