Since Im not getting answers back on PMs, according to the dyno graphs posted, I see that the STREET version makes more low end power than the RACE version, can someone tell me if this is correct?

Does the STREET version make more power LOW END?? Thanks!

Pm replied... again...

Anything below 5k rpms isn't really measurable..

The dyno's started at different speeds / rpms...
The graph lines cross at 5k rpms.

The catless "Race" version is going to free up a couple of extra ponies and will be slightly louder or robust in comparison to the street version sound.

I hope to get the Race version on a car here in SoCal soon to take some video clips.. (no eta as of yet)

So the STREET version DOES NOT make more LOW END power? Im sorry, I just want to know so I can buy the damn thing already. Just trying to figure out which makes the most usable power.

race version would obviously mkae the most power.. 1 or 2 hp differnce max.. just buy based on sound or if u want cats.. the power differnce is minimal

When you read the dyno charts that JOEZ posted do NOT try to interpret anything to the left of 4800rpms. Here is an old dyno of mine below where I clearly illustrated this. Everything to the left is not accurate as it's all throttle modulated until WOT can begin without the car doing a down shift. Hope this helps.

To answer your question the charts that JOEZ posted shows the car makes both more hp/tq at all points in the rpms with no cats, though not considerable which makes me wonder if this may be the ideal system for the Mazurri headers later on. Back on topic, ideally these charts Joez posted should have all been tested on the dyno in snow mode were we could read 3600rpm and up, but if you look at the dates this was tested back in 07 before we realized snow mode should be used. Either case it's good proof of power and difference between the cat and non-cat versions of this exhaust.

Yes it did for me. Every performance part on my car I have personally tested to ensure they have gains and that the manufacturer isn't claiming anything bogus.

the accordion style tube is the only real flaw in the stock intake design

this is not necessarily true. every car is slightly different even if they roll off the same assembly line. that is why some cars post different 0-60, 1/4 mi, and other performance records.

It's true that some cars are going to be more potent than others, but I don't see any line of reasoning that would support one mod that creates a legitimate gain on one IS350 wouldn't also give a similar gain on another that was similarly equipped.
