Everytime I see this damn video I can't wait to throw in my SRT stage 3 supercharger...it's #6 of 20(?).

I would LOVE to run even high 12's reliably when I get this installed. This is a cool thread BTW.

Oh, I think Glenn will run low 13's @ 400whp...if he leaves the stereo system in...I am sure all that stuff could weigh close to 130lbs. GL!

Since I helped bring the S&S headers to market, and suggested the V8 section to be added here...

Can I get my car on this list? After all it is kinda like a 99 GS400 with an LS body, suspension and interior... IOW, I have the same engine, transmission a differential as a GS400. Of course I have a couple hundred extra pounds to motivate.

I think it's a sweet video too, especially since it's all the way back in 07. I could have swore I posted it up to be put in the list before but it never got any recognition. Personally I think it was a pioneering car way before anyone else was even close to those times and should be treated as such (whether someone has beat the time or not) though I don't believe they have. It's still a street car with full interior, A/C, Nav, stereo and it drove 1.5 hours home under it's own power after running a 12.0. Is that not enough to get on the list?

I just read all of the pages in this thread. It looks like there are a few people that actually care about luxury cars that go fast. I just got a 2jz powered gs300, and i cant wait to build the thing.

If I can get to hook properly at WOT, then I feel I would get a serious time...eell, at least for an NA gs400. It totally defeats the purpose of me having a high stall torque converter and an LSD if I can only lauch part throttle to prevent massive wheelspin. I'm gonna find some nice grippy tires for my oem 16's and do some runs. I want to hook and go at WOT off the line. This has been my goal forever!

Heading back to the track soon. New tires will be here as well as my NX kit. I'm on stock twins now with a vvti aristo swap and automatic.

Not to put a damper on this thread but I've listed a top time with video proof numerous times on this thread but everyone just looks over it. I'm just trying to give credit where it's due, is there a reason the vids I'm posted running 12.0's in a full body GS not acceptable? I've posted this numerous times....is it being overlooked for a reason? I always figured give credit where it's due.

u do need to fix a few things adam....in post one on your list you have # 4 of the gs300 group but this is what it says behind him

4 JMECBR900 12.6 @ 112 mph GS400

if he has a gs400 move him down to the gs400 group and you need to move macd7919 off the gs400 list. damain doesnt have a gs400 nor a custom supercharger....

so the gs400 list needs to be update for

flashgordan 12.00s ET @ 120mph (a original 4 horsman also) (he has/had a twin turboed SRT gs400)

i spent a little while this morning looking up the old 4 horseman (flashgordon last log in 10-07-06, Mariusz his last post was 09-01-06, 08:53 AM , lexciting last long in was 01-08-08,and i dont know if the other one was kensttgs400 last log in 04-12-04 or TTurboPimp) i think the ONLY one still around and in their gs is TTurboPimp

so you can update the gs400 list with

kensttgs400 to 13.28 @ 108.8 mph SRT Twin Turbo GS400

the bigger problem is 90% of these OG'S who were pushing the power back then out of the v8's are gone or impossible to track down. i know atleast 2 of the horseman parted their kits and sold their cars....no clue what happened to the other 2
