I agree. In my opinion you would be better off spending your money on suspension, etc.

The Blitz Throttle Controller is exclusively designed for specific vehicles to improve the response of the electronic throttle.

There are 4 different configuration modes to choose from

ECO - Maximises economy by enhancing throttle response at lower throttle openings.

SP1 - Sport mode 1
Gives a balance between throttle response and economy.

SP2 - Sport mode 2
More suited to sports driving, SP2 mode provides a ratio of nearly double, in comparison to SP1

SP3 - Sport mode 3
This mode enhances the throttle response the most, the peddle to throttle ratio is virtually double.

All modes are shown on the display for easy recognition.

Fail safe system that always resets itself to OFF to avoid an unacustomed driver at the wheel.

Can be easily returned to normal if needed.
& this youtube clip

I like it, i know it is not really changing anything and probably you can DIY using capacitors etc. I like how it makes you drive aggressively without actually flooring it... probably not for the is350 guys but I find it interesting

It just lies to the ECU about how far you pressed the gas pedal.

Same result for free by just pressing the pedal more.

I agree w/ you, if you are planning to use this module once in a while then it is not worth it. I just placed an order because I think I’ll probably have it on most of the time.

IMO this is an is250 product. It gives you new sportier modes == different driving characteristics. We only get the 3.0 liter engine over here (Asian model 228hp stock) and I have pretty much upgraded every performance part (headers, midpipes, axleback & drop in intake), I have to admit the car is not as slow as it used to be but the accelerating is still not to my liking. In order for me to achieve desired acceleration I tend to drive it like a stole it (not something that I am proud of) and I am hoping this module would allow the car to drive the way I prefer w/o actually flooring the pedals all the time. It has 4 non-linear modes, which increases the likelihood of getting what I am after… fingers crossed

Update: I cancled my order
