Won't happen.

And the ECU isn't the problem. TOMs can flash the ECU in japan no problem, they still max out at 5.8 lbs of boost.

12:1 compression is the problem, and there's no sane affordable way to fix that.

You don't need a supercharger to beat a stock e46 m3 in an IS350. Straight line acceleration in the IS350 is slightly better (as long as you're not running 20's or some other nonsense). I've beaten every single (stock) E46 I've ever raced against.

there's a company here in Utah call STS Turbo that does the rear mount turbo, i've seen this kit in person on a 350Z and a GTO, it's pretty impressive... i've thought about going to them to turbo the IS350, but I don't know what to do with the Engine management issue yet.

That's the company I was going to go with. If you keep boost regulated at 5.5-6lbs max you shouldn't need management.

Really? Bored a 2GR to 4.0 liters? Or bored a 4GR to 4.0 liters? Either way, you're saying you've bored through the entire liner, into the block and had to replace the entire cylinder structure in the block. Who did this ground breaking work?
