Yeah...if we bought 30-40 thousand buck cars I figure we can afford to wait 60 days to get like a hundred bucks back...

the 60 day wait BTW is to insure they don't pay you when you can still return the item for a full refund, so they're just covering themselves a bit there.

 

Well I missed out on the GB but I did the 30% ebay cash back thing and it worked. Found one for $299.00 + SH made it $313 then I will get back $90, that makes it $223.

Used a CC with zero balance, I'll pay $100 a month early so the third month will be the left over $23 plus a couple of bucks interest.

Love those nothing down and no interest for 12-18 month deals too. Pay a little each month and then all in full the last month. Always come out ahead, I'm sure alot of people don't.

 

Just installed mine today and noticed a couple of things.

1. The bottom peice of the f-sport airbox feels lighter.
2. Engine seems to rev up a little quicker and actually redlines.

Anyone else notice these or is it just me? lol

 

Ok not to keep getting off topic... but it looks the deal is only 20% now? Wondering if it will go back to 30%?

with Snorkel i mean the air duct that goes from the upper part of the grill to the intake box!

Yep, I think you don't have to, but it's just one little nut and a pop up easily taken off with a screw driver. It made the install much easier, I dont' think i took a picture with everything back on, but it's back on there. =)

 

^^ oh perfect! i thought you had taken it off because of the sound. I saw some vids on youtube where people would take them off for the sound! Not a big fan of taking it off, its there for a reason!

Probably. As I've mentioned the % off changes from time to time... has been as low as 8% and as high as 35% in the 5 or so months the deal has been running.
