I used the Royal Purple gear lube (90 weight) and it's been about 2 years now. Lately, I have been hearing (and feeling) some type of vibration coming from what sounds like the rear end when I initially leave for work (cold morning). It only happens (every time though) after the car has been sitting for a long time and then just for the 1st minute of accelerating; only at low speeds. After a couple of minutes of driving it goes away and doesn't come back until the next morning.

Could my fluid be low? Could I have used the wrong fluid at that time? I know some diffs need friction modifiers and others do not. Any advice/suggestions guys???

That's the correct oil, but two years, might be time to check the fluid.

Thanks GS Fonzy for the response...know I can count on you. I'll check into a diff fluid change ASAP!
