I have no idea. Id say, if the headers get rid of the CATS, then it might be a little loud. but again thats just a guess.

Tanabe exhaust + Megan Midpipe = SICK for sure

Help me out here.. Before I invest in an exhaust for my is350 please tell me why you added the Megan midpipe? Tanabe exhaust wasn't loud enough for you or did it not sound mean enough for you? Then you added the Megan Midpipe and got the sound you like? Will you change anything else to the exhaust or keep it like it is?

Your car sounds awsome! It's kinda what I'm looking for..

if you add a megan mid-pipe it will make your are car louder and deeper
if you like the sound clip, then you should get it
his opinion on whether he will keep this or not shouldn't affect your decision
because you are the one who will be driving your car, right?
but I gotta warn you that sound clip is different from its actual sound in person
