Default new to changing spark plugs

Hey guys, I'm doing my first tune up and don't know which spark plugs to get (have no idea if the old owner changed them or not). I have a 1998 Gs400 with approx 145,xxx miles. There's 3 kinds that were offered at kragens : NGK Iridium 4, NGK laser platnum, or Bosch +4 plugs. Thanks for any suggestions.

I just stick to whatever the owners manual says... in your case I'm pretty sure it's going to be the NGK Iridiums but I'm sure someone can chime in on this... also do a search I'm certain its been discussed on this forum several hundred times before.
