Ok i can deal with a little rumble on the highway. But does the exhaust come with silencers cause if so i can put those in when i have to go to work during the week. Then take them out for the weekend.

hks ftw. u can never go wrong with hks products. i absolutely love mine. it looks soo mean and it's really not THAT loud. I got it tested by a state referee when i had my ticket and it only hit 81db's...

Since your driving a 250, I doubt it will be too loud if you use hks and if you use tanabe it will barely be noticeable

imo it doesn't matter if it's an is350 or is250; the hks hi-power should sound the same for both cars. i would think that the design of the exhaust would determine its level of volume.

while i have the hks hi-power, i'm not inclined to say that it's better or worse than another make or model. imo a lot of members make their purchases based on objective criteria (i.e. price, performance) and/or personal subjective preferences (i.e. aethetics).

lol so I have finally decided... im getting the KAW custom exhaust with HKS Hi Power Mufflers. For those who are not familiar with this, its the same exact exhaust system on CL member DJ Khanvict's car. Im meeting up with him this thursday to do the exhaust switch.

I TOTALLY agree with this..it doesn't matter if it's tanabe or hks or lms or wald..if the design and material is the same, then the sound is the same.

if tanabe makes a design similar to hks hi-powers, then the sound should be similar.. in exhaust, brand is just brand..the design and material are all that matters..
