well...you're doing a swap with a non-vvti engine into a VVTi car...so have funw ith that.
the auto tranny *SHOULD* bolt up, usually people get a full front clip with an aristo 4spd trans.
you should go with the GTE ecu. Again though, since you're going from VVTi to Non-VVTi (which there really is no benefit to) you will have a lot more wiring and tuning to do.

You shouldn't use the stock tranny with the gte motor, it's going to fry it quickly and your just going to be replacing them all the time.
The parts list is long, have you figured out what your doing about fuel yet?
Your going to have to run two ecus, also, you are most likely going to have a check engine light all the time unless you cheat and remove the bulb.
Motor mounts will be a mix and match of supra and gs.

for the amount you spent on that swap motor, plus what you'll need to make it work CORRECTLY, you could have had a pretty decent NA-T kit, or a correct VVT-i swap plus a decent amount of BPU's.

corey, whats up buddy its randy...hey ive done these kinda swaps already and unless youre ready to do some fabrication it could be done.....first your gte block will not line up with the vvti mount brackets but with some measuring and fab work it can be made to work......second now youre left with the task of wiring in two computers together....third you're gonna have to use the gte trans with that setup because the vvti trans would not shift properly without using the fly by wire system.......good luck with this project....lemme know if u need anything

and if your worried about the mounts i have figured a way to bolt in the non 2jzgte into the vvti car using oem Toyota brackets.
Keep in mind one engine was designed for boost from internals /compression and electronics GTE.
and the other was designed for NA GE.
I will admit that the wiring is advanced for the non vvti but not impossible as BlueLex and i are runing with functioning CEL lights.
