Default quick shift kit install..diy?

i was ready for a new mod, something i could hear or feel (not a subwoofer yet, JL w6v2 will be commin w/ a good deal..) decided to get the f-sport intake today, over a quick shift, because i can install the intake like cake i'm sure, after ripping off mirrors, taking the stock intake and everything apart to install 8000k oracle bulbs n 3000k fogs..ill be fine. the quick shift is next, prob. followed by f-sport exhaust ..is the quick shift something i can do without the dealer, i hope so, and exhaust tooo? if not will meet up with anyone in the north, nj area n give sum $$ for a hand. or is there a diy on it?
