How the heck are you gonna get down to 2800 pounds if you don't remove the shopvac? I say it's impossible.

Oh yeah! If you can do the cold air intake, I think it's worth the extra weight... do a cost benefit analysis with the intake.

even tho i'm a pretty hardcore HKS fan boy, I got a Greddy/Trust T78 tubro kit for a really good price from a supra guy in vegas.

I'll end up running it on low boost through the stock MAF so i can atleast make sure the car runs after I'm done then I'll wait to drop the cash to have a full standalone and tuning done.

The stock GS brake master cylinder is electronically boosted correct? When I was disconnecting the engine I didn't see a vac line going to the booster so I might have to swap it out with a supra TT brake booster.

After seeing this turbo kit for the price i got it. This was just an easier road to go down since i already have mostly everything here. So the V8 is out. Even though I think a LS1 427 stroker motor would have been pretty nice...

yeah it does look so sick. I would end up powder coating my rims also for the full effect. I love this look.

Do it, that combo on the Rauh Welt Cars is insane. If not that, then do flat black on coated bronze

ummm.... I did my first bike (GSXR600) flat toyota super white color code 040. I agree it did look sick. the only problem with it is that it gets really dirty really quick b/c the flat/satin clear coat is porous which allows dirt to cling onto it faster. but I will def keep that in mind. ummmm.... it will also be a whole lot easier b/c the car is already white and hell I could then just satin black the top too to keep the two tone. Nice! I likes the idea....

speaking of which I found a pic of it. The sad thing is as soon as i sold it to a kid(when I say kid I mean 19) that bought it one hour later! yeah really ONE hour later he ran it into a house! I was so pissed at him. He was ok but I was sad to see the bike get destroyed.

I say do a flaked out magenta color. I did my cuzins car and a few lowrider bikes in that color and it was all eye poppin. or my favorite, pagan gold flaked out. Were trying to do my boys 240 in flake but no one wants to let us use their booths for a flake paint job.
