Default intake & exhaust

I'm really a newbie to all this stuff so I'm sorry of this is a dumb question. I want to get the HKS hiper ex. and SRT intake for my is300. My IS is an E-shift and not manual and I just want t know if I will get the same amount of power upgrade on my automatic that somone will get on their manual.

Thx

It'll be the same, or else the difference will be like 5% (so .4 to .6 HP less), however that is pretty unlikely.
