deciding on wether to get the tanabe or megan exhaust which one do you guys recommend?

Those two exhausts are in two diff. categories..

The HKS HI-Power and Megans are the same sound/appearance. The Tanabe, GreddySE and the Lexus HKS are the same sound/appearance..so compare two in the same category.

I'm putting in my vote for the Megan Racing catback, but I am a little biased since that's what I've got.

It also depends on whether or not you want to retain your secondary cats. The Megan exhaust will remove them while the Tanabe will keep them intact.

False. The Lexus HKS is actually quite loud. Not as loud as the hi-power or Megan, but it's close. Tanabe is the quietest. I would say the Greddy exhaust is the loudest of the 3.

Here, this is my opinion. Loudest to quietest:
Hi-Power/Megan, Greddy, Lexus HKS, Tanabe

If you want the big canisters, get the hi-power. Well, the bigger canister. If I remember correctly, Megan has smaller canisters. I personally love the huge canisters.

Lexus HKS is so expensive though. I'd get the hi-power. If I had my head on straight when I bought my Lexus, I would've gotten the hi-power. It's cheaper, louder, and looks way cooler(In my opinion).
