Default Headers + Turbo VS. Headers + Super??

I heard that supposidly headers do not work well with turbos because something about a more restricted header creates a faster spool in the turbo. I also heard that more open headers work better with superchargers.

My more spefic question is this - I am looking at Toyomoto headers, and although forced induction may be an unlikely future option, I dont want to close that door yet, espically with rumors of a TRD (I have to keep the warrenty somewhat unviolated as long as the parentals are still helping to pay) Supercharger coming out. Anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks.

The trick here is that the turbo manifold replaces the stock header and then the turbo attaches to it. Aftermarket header i.e. TOYOMOTO can not bolt a turbo on to it.
A Supercharged car however leaves the stock header in place, therefore you could gain allot of HP by switching to a less restrictive aftermarket header i.e. TOYOMOTO.
