Yes, Yes, Yes & Yes.... 
Only difference is the Lower Air Box... The Upper Airbox Lid remains the same..
Same thing just an extra hole, for some more noise making..

Yea cut your OEM box or just get the Full FSport intake. Makes no sense to get the FSport and then use the JoeZ pipe???? You are just wasting money and getting something you dont need. If you want the FSport just order it and call it a day and you need nothing more then that. If you dont want to spend the money then you can buy the other option. Just do one or the other not both

The F-Sport Air Box is available through the collision catalog, through Lexus parts depts across the US.
In other words, you can buy just the lower box with the hole for "more noise", for those who already own the "Joe Z Intake"...
Its another option for those who do not want to cut a hole.
Cutting the hole will always be FREE...
