Are GS300 and GS400 torque converters the same?

Default Are GS300 and GS400 torque converters the same?

I have a friend that has a totalled GS300 with an upgraded lextreme torque converter. Will this work in my GS400?

I coulda sworn it fits. I'll confirm this next time I do a rear main seal on a GS400/430.

it does not fit....i ordered a tc from pi and they sent me a tc for a 400 and it did not fit. took me a week for a replacement
