Power Gains from JoeZ Intake Pipe?

I have the slowest of the slow, the IS250 AWD...
Looking to add the most amount of HP at lowest cost right now... and I think I want to go w/ the JoeZ Intake.
Question: Am I going to feel the power difference? Also, is there any sound difference from stock? And where is the cheapest place to buy?
Thanks!

That said, it's a nicely made item, and nothing else bolt on for the car does even half that much for such a low cost. It's just not gonna be enough to honestly notice.

A question about drilling the airbox though when running the joeZ:
With the airbox hole like the ones you get with the Fsports, are you screwing up your air intake if you have holes in the bottom of your airbox? Wouldnt there be some 'engine hot air' intake going on? Wouldnt that reduce the (already very little) amount of power an intake like JoeZ or the Fsport is gonna give?

They will all have roughly the same gains, Injen probably best noise, F-Sport next, and JoeZ will be probably the quietest out of the bunch, unless you drill the hole in the box. Yeah, engines produce more power when there is colder air going in, so although it sounds better having more air come in, it won't provide as much power, and may even result in less torque.
Most gain that people think they feel are the placebo effect of the new intake.

Just to throw some specific numbers out there-
The Joe Z will add 5 hp... at $109 that's not that bad a deal, ~$22 per hp.
An axle-back exhaust will add 7 hp, and cost in the 700-1200 range... so pretty awful at $100 (or more) per hp. A full exhaust will be in the 1200-1500 range and add 10-12 hp, so again $100 per hp or more.
In contrast a RWD 250->RWD 350 is $3500, and added over 102 hp... so less than $35 per hp. By far a better deal.
Going from AWD 250->RWD 350 is an even better deal, with the invoice price being only about $1600 more... so a mere $16 per horsepower.
(obviously if you already own a 250 it'll cost a bit more to trade in since you lose depreciation, but that's low on the 2IS, you're getting a new car in trade, and it'll still be a massively cheaper way to add hp than anything else.

I have AWD and the JoeZ and no, I did not feel any difference whatsoever. The only difference I might have felt was when I reset the ECU so that the car was more responsive but that was in my head pretty much. And I don't hear any noise difference either.
