Has anyone else run into this extensive of problems with putting a header on? You're the first person I've heard with this much problem, do you know of anyone else who has run into the same stuff? I'm looking at putting a header modeled after the Team Lexus Header they have talked about over on my.is, supposed to be around 30 hp gain, but if they all leak like crazy then yuck.

when that kind of thing happens can you have the flanges removed and put a sleeve with two sets of welds all the way around at each junction, or is that something that would just be begging to crack? I'm not sure how the flex pieces work, maybe ditching the flanges and going that route would be better? Just brainstorming, would be nice to have a good attempt at a solution before I start working on the header install......
