Default Difference between OEM 250 and 350 exhaust system?

does anybody know if the IS 250 and 350 share the same exhaust system? header back, cat back or axle back? (ex: if i get the F Sport exhaust, can I sell the OEM leftovers to somebody with a 250?) Thanks in advance!

yeah they are the same, in fact the is250 and 350 are actually the exact same car only labeled differently, the price difference is for the 3 over 2 because its a bigger number..IMO not worth it

Huh? So, the fact that the 350 has more HP and Torque means nothing? Sigh. I've owned both the 250 and 350 and the 350 is much different (handling/power/pickup) verses the 250. Maybe you were just kidding, but it's hard to tell....

To answer the question, I'm guessing the intakes on both 250 and 350 are the same.

^^^^I don't know about the other suspension pieces, but the sway bars on the RWD are the same for the 250 and the 350. The AWD 250 does indeed use different sway bars.

^ i think the sway bar is different, and the stock height for the IS350 is lower than the IS250 if i'm not wrong.

huh, the first time I heard there's no difference between IS250 and IS350 except the label? Are you stoned? Big power difference. It's worth every penny to upgrade to extra 100 ponies.

OK, as I said, the sway bars on the 250 and the 350 are the same. 27.2mm in front and 15mm in back. The AWD is 26.5mm in front and 14mm in back. I have done extensive research on this (I changed the rear bar on my F). As far as height goes, again the 250 and 350 are the same at 56.1" and the AWD is 56.7". This is according to Lexus literature.

I think he meant that the exhaust for both is the same, but the part # for both 350 and 250 are different and the 350 part cost more cuz of the 3 in front of the 50

Oddly enough, the exhaust manifolds are the same but everything else back of the manifolds (except the chrome tips) are different. I don't know what the differences are, physically, but they do carry different part numbers.
