Unless you're willing to put on the nitrous there's literally nothing else worth doing.

There's some stuff not worth doing that I'll list below:

LMS supercharger (if you can get one used or build your own setup)- $6000 or so for about 40 hp.

Lightweight wheels- 2-3k for GOOD ones, but it'll improve handling, acceleration, and braking. Not sure how light your current wheels are so this might be done already.

"full" exhaust- something like the Joe Z race exhaust... it'll cost like 1200-1500 bucks, add about 5 hp more than the tanabe, and be illegal... but it's (slightly) more power.

That's about it.

Better (and cheaper than all of the above I suspect) would be:

Sell your aftermarket parts to put car back to stock, sell car, buy IS-F.

Thanks for the response all!
I'm deff not gonna sell this for an IS-F and deff not going to get a different car... I just got this like 2 weeks ago. Wifey is good to me, but not that good .

Talk to me about nitrous. I know ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING about nitrous!

Safe? Legal? Is it only for short burst's or improve overall gains? Also, I guess most importantly... cost? Any links to sites that have info?

Thanks guys!

Removing any working catalytic converter is a crime in all 50 states.

NOS is illegal in many but not all states.

Everything but the F-Sport intake and cat back exhausts are illegal in California. Part of why I moved to Georgia.

IS250 6MT is the way to go. I am swapping my Tanabe to a PTS exhaust soon.

The way to go?

Well, it's certainly the way to go tremendously slower than the IS350 the poster already has anyway.

pick your poison between the high compression ratio and the hard-to-crack ECU code.
