ok update: So another week gone by and STILL no pictures.
New guy ive been talking to, Sean@turbochargers.com has now been "avoiding"/not getting back to me (whichever word you want to use). At first i got emails back within an hour of sending a message. Now its been 2 days since i have emailed him and I have not had an email back. Sean is apparently the general manager over there.

*trying to think happy thoughts*The company is sitting on a $40K vehicle. They probably are not doing beer runs down to Tijuana with your car, but over 4 months with no photos and only 1/2 done!! Just don't let your "hope" for boost turn cloud your judgment of when to pull the plug and get your car back.

what have you been driving all this time with your IS in the shop?
i'd go insane without access to my IS 350, unless I had a loaner IS 350 to drive in the meantime or something comparable (335i, g37 something like that)

update: Called up Turbochargers on friday sept 25th. Tried to talk to Kenny or Sean. They told me that they were out at the time and should be back in an hour. Also told that they would def give me a call back as soon as they got back. Waited all day and never got a call.

they ****ed up on your ride and theyre probably just buying time so they could fix whatever problem they had with it. stop calling them and just go in to see your car yourself. 4 months and no call or news from them? that is one ****ed up company you have building you turbo system!

honestly i been following this thread for a while.
i think someone that lives near Kenny's place should stop by and check out john's car.
