Default S & s headers and tanabe exhaust??

I am putting these two components together on my 98GS4. Will it be too loud for people in its cabin not to notice?? Will the car lag on the low end/high end?

If you keep the stock Y pipe you should not loose any low end power. Your mid range and high end power will definitely go up due to the headers. Headers and stock exhaust improve power everywhere and do not increase noise noticeably. The Tanabe sound change will be the same with or without the headers and there is no real power gain to the exhaust it is looks and sound. Find another car with the Tanabe to determine if you like how it sounds (with or without headers will be nearly the same)
