I have the flywheel at my desk....! this is a very thick flywheel, could easily be the thickest flywheel we will make to date...

no it means we are going to have the option to buy Fidanza's most expensive flywheel due to the amount of material needed to make one

LOL, you guys are killing me.... a couple Audi flywheels may have you guys beat, we shall see. First glance we know that our flywheel will require aftermarket crank bolts... if you saw how long the bolt is compared to how much it is actually threaded in you'd laugh.. We will also have plenty of room to dish out the crank area to reduce some more weight and allow room for a sprung hub clutch disc.

The OEM flywheel with all the bolts in hte cardboard box, weighed exactly 39 lbs.

39 pounds, sweet zombie Jesus! That is a heavy fly wheel for such a small engine.
Does anyone have a PDF file for removing and installing the fly wheel?
