^^ Thank You for the kind words...
On Average axle-back exhausts (which is just a rear section) will yield approx 5-7 rwhp... (generally speaking)
There has been NO known axle-back exhausts properly dyno tested on an IS250 or IS350, showing 10 rwhp gains or more..
A Full Exhaust or CAT Back exhaust are almost the same verbiage, when speaking about exhausts for an IS250 or IS350.
However, there are still some manufactures TODAY, that mislabel their axle-back exhaust system, as a CAT back system..
When indeed it is just an axle-back or let’s say resonator back exhaust system.
Our Full True Dual Exhaust System (aka a TRUE CAT back system), has been dyno tested showing gains of approx 10-12 Rwhp on an IS350.. This was done with our Race Version system, which eliminates the Secondary CATs.
In my opinion you gain approx double the rear wheel horse power when compared to a basic axle-back system.
Some will have different opinions, but it is what it is..
The sounds are incomparable, when you have a True Dual Exhaust..
Best Regards,
Joe Z

Oh, wow... didn't know that. Thanks for the info!
So basically, the HKS Hi-Power II isn't really a CAT-back system? It's actually an Axle-back (or resonator-back) system that is mislabeled? I was wondering about the discrepancy because they call it a "CATBACK" exhaust and people on this thread were referring to it as an Axle-back. Misrepresenting their poduct seems like a really bad way to go about doing business. Definitely shouldn't support them, then...
