Get the intake, if it's the right financial move. It sounds great.

Could all of you share with me what exactly the part number for the intake? I have seen different number from various resources:

1. PTR03-30090
http://www.f-sport.com/assets/pdf/F-Sport_Brochure.pdf

2. PTR03-53080
http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/imp...-AI-0077-D.pdf

3. PTR03-53100-01
http://www.sewellpartsonline.com/par....asp?id=197091

4. PTR03-53100
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Facto...Q5fAccessories

According to the F-Sport official Brochure from 1., PTR03-53100 is for ISC, why do the dealers from 3. and 4. show they would fit IS 250/350? I am confused and am afraid of ordering the wrong intake. Please help.

Installed mine today. Took a lot longer than I expect, but it was a success. What the most challenging parts I experienced were:
1. If you push the inlet pipe all the way into throttle body coupler and hose hump (the 2 rubber tubes), the pipe would be too short to connect to air cleaner cap. so measure well before connecting them all together.
2. The reusable air cleaner cap becomes difficult to close with the 4 clips onto F-Sport cleaner (need extra force to securely close them all together).

I ended up putting them all together and then install back to the car.

Yep, that's what I mean.

It's funny because if you just Rev it (without moving) you don't hear jack. After the install I was excited to hear it... I jump in, rev it, and think "damn... I can't hear this at all, oh well".

About 5 hours later I go out for a drive and couldn't believe how awesome it sounded around 3,500 RPMs. I've seen it said on the forums before, but with this intake it finally SOUNDS like a 300+ HP car.

IMO this mod is absolutely positively worth the price.

I'm having the same problem with my F-Sport intake. I'm planning on grinding down the lip on the lower box. Right now, I'm running with 2 of the clips undone.
