hang on, please explain what your looking for in an aftermarket exhaust, how loud are you willing 'handle'? Fsport is LOUD (think Borla loud).

F-Sport is pretty loud, i've only heard it once in person but its a great sound at WOT!

Tanabe is the quiet alternative.

Lexus HKS. The best exhaust for IS if you can find it. No drone like Tanabe and not as loud as F-sport.

F-sport since Lexus HKS is discontinued. Both are legal.

F-sport Exhaust is such a great sounding exhaust. its great until 2500-3100 rpm when it starts droning, but besides that its awesome. I say go all F-sport.

My tanabe doesn't drone.

Then again my last car was a V8 with a stroker motor, tri-y headers, and a full true dual exhaust with no cats...I don't think most folks who think a tanabe drones know what drone _really_ sounds like
