Build Diary: Goodbye single turbo...HELLO compound twin turbos!
Well, you know I have to shake up my setup every year or so. I think I've gone through at least one or two turbos per year since I started my boosting project 2 years ago lol. I've gone through a total of 4 turbo setups. The new setup I'm building now is going to reduce the lag of my HKS T51R KAI turbo(72mm or so). It has great power, but having to wait till 4500-5000rpm until it fully kicks in the full 700rwhp+@32psi sucks. Running a mid 12 second quarter mile and trapping in at 122-125mph is just getting old lol. My goal is to hit a low-mid 11sec@130mph+ range with full weight(full interior and even the 300lb system in the trunk) 
I'll update this daily as I make progress on the project.

And yes, this whole project will be done at home in my garage lol. I'm a backyard fabricator lol
If you were wondering, yes it's not very easy to TIG weld on the ground but it's something that I've become good at doing

wow, nice man, your car never sees to amaze us. What turbos are you running now? lol I know what you mean running 12 sec et's @122..I had a 2jz Supra with HKS 2835's a long time ago, and brought it to the track, full street, system, no slicks...was running 13.1 @132 mph boosting 2.1 bar. My 60ft times were 1.5 sec ahahaha
