Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I've read somewhere on this forum that someone said you show be able to pass the emissions test on just primary, unless they do a visual as well, IMHO, the megan midpipe could probably get by the visuals considering there are resonators there which makes it look like secondary cats, but depending on the emissions law in your area, make your decision accordingly, fortunately, I don't have to deal with inspection

I'm not sure which is better, both will probably show minimal gains, I know when cayman had his IS350 he did some dynos with the megan midpipe vs removal of secondary cats, results showed ok. Power wise, you're probably looking at the same, difference will be in noise, hearing the video of the invidia w/HKS hipower, and I have the megan w/HKS hipower, I think the invidia sounds louder, and somewhat raspy.

Removing ANY working cat is illegal in all 50 states since it's a federal law.

It's just some states never check, and the federal government sure doesn't look.
