Well I ended up changing my mind, the seller posted a response to my claim on PayPal.
Dear customer, per our conversation over the phone, you wanted the full refund, however, we just got the shipment in, and we can have it shipped out by tomorrow, you should receive it within a coupe days, would you still like the item? thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.
So you guys will get your review by the end of this week (crosses fingers)
