Takeda Intake-- Gains 11hp - 13tq ??
So one of the vendors is selling this intake and claims 11hp and 13tq backing it up with a dyno chart. theres even a video of the car being dyno.
From what Ive read intakes dont do much for the 2IS except for noise. Is this too good to be true for around 200ish?
Heres the link to the dyno.... http://takedausa.com/application/applications.php
Any opinions?

Every intake I've ever seen always claims at least some sort of gain, they would have nothing to sell their products on if they didn't claim to do something. I would assume this intake is pretty much the same in that regard.
The video is nice though.

I've yet to see anybody dyno a gain of more than 5hp from an intake on a 2IS other than the people trying to sell you whatever intake they're claiming gives more than 5 hp.
That probably ought to tell you something.
By the way, they should probably get their dyno repaired.
Any -correct- dyno graph will have HP and TQ equal at exactly 5252 rpms.

You're only looking at the lines. If you look at the labels on the left you'll see that the TQ and HP aren't using the same values. This is fairly standard for dyno charts, though I do prefer when they use the same values/range as I think it gives a better picture of the overall graph.
