Alright everyone so I wanted stock looking exhaust but I just wanted to have some sort of tone. So tomarrow I am picking up the invidia midpipes. I am hoping that it will change the tone a little bit, and give it better, less resctrictive flow. I will post updates as soon as it is on and try and post a video. Also I am go to the pursuit on Sunday. Hopefully a better time than stock, and I will also be hitting the dyno soon to see with the new pipes and intake to see the true hp and torque gains. Hopefully there is something. Wish me luck.
Mainly this is to help some one not wanting new exhaust as getting some sound outta their IS.

I got them on and they sound perfect for what i was going for. adding these pipes gave the car a deeper tone. its sounds a little more aggressive. but not like it would it had an axle back system. but that was out of the question for right now. I'm not sure if i'm gonna be able to post video for a couple days. but at the pursuit i might be able to get some taken at least. i will also be able to see some times with the minor bolts ons i have on my car.

im not to sure. but from what i have read, they are routed similar. but the craftmanship on the invidia is better. i had them put on(dont have the O2 sensor remover tool) and the guys doing it couldnt believe how well put together those pipes were. personally for the price i would stick with invidia. i am way happy with my purchase. plus there is a group buy in the vendor section i got mine for a smoking deal. and i went to pick them up in el monte and saved on shipping too
and i see your in ca, i would do the same if your in socal.

fastest time-8.986
fastest reaction time-0.502 (2 one hundreths of a second on green)
fastest speed-81.55
as stated in my sig. i was very happy with those times. everyones today could have been lower. but the heat was very abusive to everyone. dyno is soon to come.
plus i had a trunk full of chairs and crapola

i have the same setup, glad to see you are happy with them.
i dont know if its the pipes or cuz i removed the plastic surroundings in the engine compartment (done both at the same time) but ive been getting an extra 20miles per tank since.
ps... the pipes really opened up after i hit the speed limiter several times coming back from vegas
