That is very true about my baby.
Not really what I wanted but it came out ok, I guess.
This is exactly why we pick the same car but not a subi or an evo.
===========
Most of members in NorCal knows my car is actually a wife's car and we hardly ride on this baby. My duty is to keep it clean and bring it to shows, and have fun with local club buds. It is not a car but a garage "queen".
I am a eecs guy so I cannot comment much here. All your 2ISs are better than mine because you can enjoy rolling on it but I only can wash mine. Hmm... I do enjoy washing cars... I mean my cars only.![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I hope this Fox kit can be as real as it seems and hopefully it is feasible for everyone to squeez out more on our cars.
One thing to share my pain is I need to replace both serpentine & s/c belts every 3k to 5k miles. That is about $70 in parts and half hour labor...
So again, I am sure all yours are better than mine!!

SEMA was great, got to meet a bunch of fellow Lexus owners and they all HATED the car..hahaha. At any rate, the IS C will be to the shop on Friday the 13th (crossing my fingers it isn't messed up). I'm hoping to take it straight to the track on Friday night and see what she does in the quarter mile against my Twin Turbo IS F. Then, off to the dyno she goes on Saturday if my boy at CBRD Speedfactory can get me in.

Just to make things clear, we did NOT dyno the car yet, and that is NOT what the car is making (although it would be nice)... most of you know how online blogs are.. they love to exaggerate and hype things up.
Especially SEMA cars... one blog post lead to many others, stating "405hp"
just wanted to clear that up.

That'd put their 405 claim at 94% efficiency.... and work to around 348 at the wheels...(given the ~14% drivetrain loss that seems about right on stock IS350 dynos... 306 crank usually dynos in the 260-265 range) an increase of roughly 85 rwhp
That's about double the reported results of the LMS kit at 5 lbs of boost AFAIK... and about 1.7x more rwhp than the TOMs kit running 5.8 lbs of boost WITH an ECU tune adds...which is a bit odd.

i'll wait until it gets on a dyno and on a track.
btw, even if it went on a dyno and the numbers are out, you'd have to wait until a retail version of the kit comes out. even then, do YOU have $5k+ for a supercharger kit?

well not neccessary faster than IS-F or M3, just almost as fast is good enough for me. anyways true not much people would have extra 5k for a supercharger then a few more for installation, if that is the SC will even deliver the predicted result. its a dream i would say...well can't wait until saturday for the dyno result!!

well, In dominican Republic where i live, with high taxes, you must be willing to pay around US$ 70,000 for an IS350. For an IS-F you must be willing to pay around US$ 100,000. Soo 5k for a Supercharger that will make the IS350 closer to an ISF, its a good deal!

Only in a straight line...you're still missing the brakes and suspension. The difference is pretty significant.
