I'm joining the Joe Z Intake club!!
Ordered it today from L-Tuned
. Spent about a week going back and forth in my mind between the F-Sport and Joe Z Intakes. Read all the threads!! I'm tired!! LOL. For me, I'm going for a "stealthier" approach and don't require the extra sound of the F-Sport intake(For Now Anyway
). Just wanted to snap up a few extra HP under the hood and leave it at that. I'll keep the stock intake handy for the dealer trips if needed, but I don't expect any problems there. Not sure which filter I'm gonna use yet.
Would rather spend the leftover funds towards the exhaust.
I'll post pics when I get it installed.

Which finish did u order?
PS. You can always add a little more sound by cutting a hole in the air box like the F-Sport. But I don't think you gain anything but more noise.

Hey, Just got the Black Ano finish, I wanted to try it out. If I decide later on I want the F-sport I'll sell this one. I'll probably leave my stock airbox alone while I run this intake. I'll let the exhaust take care of the tone when I finally get it installed in a couple weeks.

Yea, I've been reading on the F-sport lower box and the DIY mod too.. Not sure yet. I'm gonna put the intake on, and my exhaust and see how the car sounds to me. If I think I need the extra sound I'll definitely go for it. But I wanna try out the pipe by itself first.
