it took me 6 months to "break-in" my Wald exhaust LOL
it sounds week the moment I put it on
and then I drove for 25 miles, and I noticed it was getting LOUDER and DEEPER
and I thought that was it...
and 6 months later..it's EVEN SEXIER
so to answer to your question,,it might take some time for your exhaust to break in

Thanks for the reply! I seem to like the HKS the more I drive it. Everything I have read up here on the silencers seems to point me in the direction that they will be the ticket for me to really enjoy it even more. My problem is that I drive back roads to work and back every day and I'm constantly in 2-3000 rpm on hills and stuff most of the way to work. So if the silencers help reduce the drone in that rpm range I'm happy!
